We’re often asked what the bakers talk about when they’re busy baking up goodies in the kitchen. Well, on this particular Sunday they were excited about the new industrial size cuisinart that the Goat recently purchased. It does everything the old one does but instead of measuring batches by the ounce or pound, it does it by the ton. Not sure when we do recipes that large but I guess they’ll figure it out. 30 yards of potato salad anyone? Hmm, maybe we should stick to small batches for the time being. And one more thing, how do we get it through the door?
