If you’re looking to order holiday pies, tarts and/or breads, now is your chance to come by and taste test. We offer samples of everything available on our holiday bakery order form, so you can decide what you want at your Christmas table.
We will also be auctioning off a gift basket full of delicious treats and goodies, all proceeds will be donated to The Cove. A great opportunity to see friends, enjoy good food and support your local economy!

Apple Pie: Showcasing local apples from Okanogan Valley, this is a classic choice for the holidays. Handmade crust and baked to perfection, this pie is sure to be a hit at your holiday party.
Blackberry Pie: One of our most popular pies, this simple classic is delicious and elegant. Packed with ripe, juicy blackberries, it's a light and perfect dessert addition during the holidays.
Sweet Potato Pecan Pie: Sweet Potatoes add a new twist to the traditional Pecan Pie, mellowing out the sweetness. We use organic sweet potatoes and top with toasted pecans.
Harvest Sweet Bread Loaf: Filled with cinnamon, nutmeg and organic pumpkin, this bread is moist and stores well.
Gingerbread Loaf: Clove, nutmeg, ginger and blackstrap molasses combine to make a dark, dense and spicy bread. Finished with a swirled espresso glaze, this bread is a beautiful accessory to your dessert tray.

Holiday Stollen: Using natural leaven, Bluebird Grain Flour and filled with organic dried fruit and orange zest, we love the intense savory and sweet combination of Stollen. It makes a great side to your dinner menu, but is also pairs well with cheese as an appetizer. We particularly love it topped with warm brie, sliced local pears and a drizzle of honey.
Chocolate Cherry: This bread is filled with chunks of dark chocolate and organic sour cherries, enough said!
Sel de Mer Baguettes: Our most popular item by far, we can’t seem to make these fast enough! Topped with Sea Salt and baked to perfection, it’s always best to buy in pairs as they don’t always survive the trip home…
Country Loaf: Wild starter and natural leaven, combined with a two-day fermentation make this bread something special. Chewy and hearty with a crispy crust, this is one of our most popular Rustic Loaves. We love it for sandwiches, French toast, paired it with cheese for an appetizer, or simply topped with butter. This bread is delicious as it is versatile.
