The second wine in our Mazama Store Series is finally here!! This second vintage comes from Valle de Guadalupe in Baja, California. Gustavo Gonzalez created this Syrah forward red from the sunny, biodynamic vineyards at La Carrodilla Estate.
The working farm lies 1,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean with the vineyard situated on southwestern facing slopes that allow the berries to ripen while retaining great acidity.
Bright red berry, tart raspberry jam and subtle spice make this natural wine a great choice to pair with food.
