In the wee hours of the morning very special people turn on the lights to our kitchen and begin a magical dance that produces an array of delicious pastries just for you! Visit us in the morning and you’ll think you have died and gone to heaven. All of our pastries are made from scratch using high quality ingredients.  We love using local products in the store and our bakery is no exception.  You can expect to find Bluebird Grain Farms flour in our pastries and our breads, as well as local fruit and vegetables whenever possible.
